Roasted sweet potato spun into a batch of not-so-white chocolate with garden-grown blackcurrants and a blanket of toasted sorghum kernels. Seasoned with Garam Masala from the Floyd Cardoz and Burlap & Barrel collaboration collection. The roasted sweet potato gives this chocolate a distinct, caramel-like flavour, while the blackcurrant counters with a beautiful floral tang.
