A laminated bar, inspired by the beloved namesake dessert, crafted with four layers:
Layer 1: Mexican cacao + Colombian coffee { Las Palmas } 70% dark chocolate.
Layer 2: a duo of rum-infused, oaty biscuits.
Layer 3: a blanket of toasted 38% oat white cream chocolate.
Layer 4: a dusting of Venezuelan natural cacao powder

The cacao used in this bar was ethically sourced from Hacienda Jesus Maria cacao farm in Tabasco region of Mexico via MABCO. We pay the farmers premium prices in an effort to adequately compensate farmers’ labour, support local infrastructure, and encourage sustainable growth.
