Freeze-dried raspberries ground directly into a batch of {not so white}; a generous helping of lemon-infused crumble throughout.

We use freeze-dried, organic raspberries to give this bar its distinct colour and taste. The lemon shortbread crumble is free of gluten and dairy, and relies on Lyle’s Golden Syrup for its distinct, candy taste.
