This bar’s official name is “nomnom-I’m-not-sharing” but it also goes by Pineapple Upside Down Cake, inspired by the flipped dessert, combining pineapple cakes, toast, passion fruit white and a touch of sea salt. It’s secret ingredient is the house-pressed cacao butter we press from Peruvian cacao beans, but don’t tell anyone that.
