nano lot: tomato & ginger candy

A farm-to-bar creation, inspired by the beautiful, organic produce Killdeer Food grows on their farm: tomatoes and ginger root { among many others }. We candy the ginger and fold it into a batch of Nicaraguan tigernut dark milk, dust the bar with freeze-dried tomatoes and finish off with dried tomatoes. Ginger lovers only.
