Bread and chocolate, with a touch of sea salt. It's so simple, maybe too simple, but there is beauty in the simplicity, especially when a beautiful bread is used - Seth Wiggin of La Houlette De Vie bakes the very beautiful sourdough bread, from organic whole wheat flour he mills. We toast up the crumblets, fold into the Nicacaruan Chuno, sprinkle some more on top, for good measure, and finish with sea salt from Newfoundland.
