Tastes like... gin and grapefruit tonic... really.

Inspired by the namesake beverage, this bar is crafted from a batch of Peruvian cacao, toasted sorghum and juniper berries ground together into a batch of 60% dark milk with grapefruit-infused, sour candies folded throughout.

The cacao used in this bar was ethically sourced from Ucayali River fermentary in Peru via MABCO. We pay the farmers premium prices in an effort to adequately compensate farmers’ labour, support local infrastructure, and encourage sustainable growth.
