Easter Eggles: Hazelnut Cassis

Inspired by the Ukrainian Kyiv cake, a layer of black currant jammy { homemade, of course }, hazelnut meringue crunchies and hazelnut Gianduja, all shelled with our 75% Peruvian dark chocolate. 

We don’t have favourites, but this is it… but we don’t have favourites ;)

Hand painted with pigmented cacao butter. Two~handcrafted from bean to egg. Modestly packaged in biodegradable cellulose to avoid plastics, metal and adhesives.

Net count: 2 half egglets { perfect for sharing... or not : }

Net weight: 50 g { 25 g x 2 egglets }.

Non dairy ~ vegan ~ free of gluten and soy.
