Cinnamon Bun: cinnamon-spiced ganache incased in our while shell, capped with our toasted white chocolate.

Créme Brûlée: burnt sugar crystals mingling with our creme ganache, incased in our white shell.

Strawberry Shortcake: local strawberry {Heeman's} coulis layered with crust crumblets + creme ganache, incased in our white shell.

Salted Caramel: a classic, oeey-goeey salted caramel incased in our Peru 75 dark shell.

Lavender Hibiscus: Terre Bleu's lavender-infused, hibiscus creme ganache incased in our Peru 75 dark shell.

Tiramisu: vanilla creme with shortbread crumblets and mocha ganache, incased in our Peru 75 dark shell.

Tea & Waffles: bergamot creme with waffle crumblets and assam infused creme ganache, incased in our Peru 75 dark shell.

Almond Butter Toast: silan-sweetened + house-spun gooey almond butter with toasted crumblets and creme ganache, incased in our Peru 75 dark shell.

Hazelnut Raspberry: tart raspberry jammy layers with our Hazelnut Gianduja and hazelnut crunchies, incased in our Peru 75 dark shell. 

Salted Licorice:
 from scratch licorice using single origin anise and organic licorice root, layered witch balsamic-infused ganache,  incased in our Peru 75 dark shell.

    Crafted from: cocoa beans*, cocoa butter*, cane sugar*, coconut*, various fillings based on selection. For specific ingredient inquiry, please call the store.

    Useful info: For optimal freshness and flavour, please consume within 3 weeks. If you prefer a slower pace, keep in the freezer, in a sealed container { and away from fragrant foods like meat, herbs, etc. } once out of the freezer, allow to rest at room temperature for ~15 minutes or until no longer cold to the touch. Please note that some textures may alter once frozen.
