Our “cheesecake” creme, infused with yuzu juice, with ribbons of homemade, apricot coulis { local apricots via Delhaven Orchards } and crumbles of cakelets. What is yuzu? It is a citrus plant of East Asian origin. The juice of yuzu tastes like a wild party where lemon, lime and grapefruit were the main, zingers, as it were.
