Shipping + Returns


We do not earn a profit on shipping charges - the fees that are displayed are loaded directly from the shipping provider.

We ship chocolate, and chocolate ONLY, across Canada via Canada Post. 

Internationally, via Canada Post { your domestic carrier will deliver the parcel once it crosses the border }.

If you wish to receive your order via an alternative shipper, please send us an email and we’ll happily provide you with a quote.

For international shipping, please contact us with your address and desired quantities, and we’ll happily provide you with a quote.

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday, to avoid your order sitting in a truck over the weekend. If you’d like us to ship regardless of the day, please note that in your order.


If we make a mistake (and, despite our best efforts, we understand this might happen sooner or later) we want to make it right. Please email within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include photos. We will either refund or replace your order.

For shipping issues, including non-delivery, please understand that we do not offer refunds for events that were out of our control.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer returns.
