Collection: bean to bars

we start with the cacao beans {and butter}, that we source ethically via a cacao broker { MABCO } from small-holder farms and co-ops whom we pay premium prices for the fine-flavoured cacao they grow.

we then two-hand-sort + roast + winnow + melange + temper + mold + inlusioncraft + wrap { sneak in a bite here and there, for testing of course :} our chocolate to share with you. please enjoy, slowly.
